My name is Courtney Bobinger and I am the CEO and Founder of the Norcal Ducks Elite AAU Program. I started  the organization in 2o12. Since 2012  we have been mentoring, coaching, and guiding kids starting with elementary through their collegiate years!  Our program has a very unique culture; we teach our athletes to work hard on the floor, in the classroom and in life. We push each other constantly in a healthy competitive manner, and hold each other accountable. Our athletes understand they must lead by example as they are a direct reflection of their teammates, coaches and the Duck organization here in our community. I strive to not only build  great athletes but instill great habits that will create even better people. The Ducks are fortunate enough to have  kids from: Chico, Redding, Oroville, Fresno, Durham, Los Angeles, Anderson, Mount Shasta, Sacramento, San Jose, Biggs, Quincy, Reno, and the Texas Area. 

Education is top priority at the Ducks. All  athletes are required to sign a  contract stating basketball is a privilege and at any point during our program they must be able to provide a good standing grade check. This means you must maintain a 3.0  grade point average with no F’s. I also encourage our seniors to get involved in the community and make an impact in a positive way. 

 

I am reaching out to you in hopes that you or  your business would be interested in participating in our sponsorship program. You can  either sponsor a specific athlete in need, or make a contribution to our  Angel fund. The Angel Funds provide  financial assistance to those that need funding to participate in our Program.  Our goal is $860 dollars per kid which covers their fees for the season.
